Drivers Education for Elma High School Students

At SWERVE, your teens can complete the necessary driver’s ed coursework while attending Elma High School. We make it convenient for our students to get into a class, take care of their classroom and behind-the-wheel requirements, and finally get their Washington driver’s license.

Our instructors focus on building their knowledge and skills on a foundation of safe, defensive driving. We want to make sure that anyone who completes our program has everything they need to become a safe driver.

How to Get Your License in Washington

Do you feel like you don’t have enough time in the day to do everything you want while attending Elma High School? You’re not alone. And there’s no reason why your preparation for the Washington State driving test should interfere with everything else you’ve got going on.

In order to get your Washington license, you will need to:

  1. Complete a new teen driver training course
  2. Pass the WA state written and road exams
  3. Hold your permit for at least 6 months
  4. Have 50 hours of practice driving (10 hours are required at night)
  5. Be at least 16 years old

We’ll help you complete your training so the rest of the process can go as smoothly as possible.

Why Choose SWERVE Professional Driving School?

Our curriculum and our coaches make SWERVE the best choice for a professional driving school in Washington.

Our curriculum content and support materials are always kept current, relevant, and engaging. Everything is designed and organized to support new teen drivers who are getting behind the wheel for the first time and looking forward to the independence (and responsibility) of a new license.

You will learn the necessary materials and develop your behind-the-wheel skills by working with our dedicated and experienced instructors. These teachers all exceed the state requirements and understand how to deliver the curriculum in an engaging way.

Working Together to Keep Teens Safe

We take our responsibility to new, teen drivers very seriously, and our Washington driving school is founded on the idea that the best results occur when teachers, students, and parents are all involved in the process.

We encourage all parents of SWERVE Driving School students to ask questions, get your concerns cleared up, and keep track of your student’s progress.
